Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Myra Fiori Studio ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information collected through myrafiori.com.
Who We Are & Scope
Myra Fiori Studio ("Studio," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website myrafiori.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Site, including through our contact form, and explains your rights regarding that information.
The Studio operates from Florence, Italy, and this Policy is written primarily with reference to the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). If you are visiting from the United States or another jurisdiction with its own privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), you may have additional or different rights; contact us at inquiries@myrafiori.com to exercise any rights available to you under your local law.

We collect the following categories of personal information:
Contact information you provide. When you submit an inquiry through our contact form or email us directly at inquiries@myrafiori.com, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
Usage data collected automatically. Through Google Analytics and similar tools, we collect information about how visitors use the Site, including IP address (which may be anonymized or truncated), browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details on the cookies used on the Site.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information, such as financial account numbers, government identification, or health information, through the Site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form or by email.
Understand how visitors use the Site, and improve its content, navigation, and performance.
Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We process this information on the following legal bases under the GDPR: your consent, where required (for example, for analytics cookies); our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and operating the Site; and compliance with legal obligations. We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & Analytics
The Site uses cookies set by our hosting platform (Squarespace) and by Google Analytics to understand Site traffic and usage patterns. Google Analytics collects information about your visit using cookies and similar technologies; this information is processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy. For a full list of cookies used on the Site and how to manage them, see the Cookie Policy tab of this document.
Sharing of Information
We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
Service providers. We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including Squarespace (website hosting) and Google (analytics). These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or in response to a valid legal request from a public authority.
Business transfers. If the Studio's assets are transferred as part of a sale or restructuring, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Where our service providers process personal information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, this transfer is carried out under appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes, and we do not sell personal information.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal information, subject to certain exceptions:
The right to access the personal information we hold about you.
The right to rectification of inaccurate personal information.
The right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten").
The right to restrict or object to processing.
The right to data portability.
The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or your local authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at inquiries@myrafiori.com. We will verify your request using the information available to us before responding.
If you are a California resident, you may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA). Contact us at the same address to exercise these rights.
Data Retention, Security & Children's Privacy
We retain personal information collected through the contact form only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age of digital consent in their country of residence (14 in Italy). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
